I have always loved Shayla Blacks books and Backup Bride did not let me down. Carson is a sexy leading male character trying to run his deceased fathers candy company but needs a little financial help. He try’s to go to one man that can help him, Gregory Shaw, only to be forced into a marriage with Gregory’s daughter Kendra that he does not want. Carson hires Ella to try and help him out of the situation. That’s when things get hot. Good steamy scenes and twist and turns. A fast fun read that I really enjoyed!
